NBC confirmed Thursday that Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton will return to their respective judges’ chairs when ‘The Voice’ kicks off its highly-anticipated second season next year.

“Our fantastic coaches were integral to the tremendous success of ‘The Voice’ this year and we are thrilled that they are all returning,” Paul Telegdy, NBC’s head of alternative programming, said in a statement (via EW.com). “We look forward to building season two and making The Voice an even greater experience for fans.”

Despite speculation that she may leave, sources for The Hollywood Reporter said Thursday that Aguilera “signed weeks ago.”

‘The Voice’ season two premieres Feb. 5 on NBC, following the Super Bowl. The reality competition wrapped its inaugural season Wednesday, with Javier Colon winning $100,000 and a recording contract.
