It may come as a shock to some people, but a lot of what you see on reality shows is — gasp! — fake. So, it’s probably not a surprise that people are saying that the latest news from one of the stars of Bravo’s ‘Bethenny Ever After’ and ‘Real Housewives’ franchise might not be true, either.

Bethenny Frankel has been making the media rounds, telling the story of how she and her husband were lost at sea off of Nantucket for 21 hours.
