Absolutely insane! It never seems to surprise me the lengths, more like heights some people will go to when it comes to entertainment and thrill seeking. I don't think at anytime during my life, at least so far that I've ever thought to myself "I'd like to hop into a hot air balloon with a wing suit, swing off the edge on a rope swing way the hell up in the air, let go and plummet to the ground." Maybe it's just me because these guys actually did it!
The empire strikes back on May the fourth and Star Wars Day! This P.S.A (Public Service Announcement) directly from the empire shows quite a different take on today's celebration of the force and the rebel alliance. There's always two sides to every argument and they make some good points as to way May the 4th shouldn't be a holiday or observed at all. Watch their response then judge for yourself about May the 4th!
Happy Star Wars day from Z94, May the fourth be with you! I'll be spending most of the day watching the original films and getting caught up on all the recent developments for Star Wars: Episode 7. I love these movies, well at least the originals anyway. For me Star Wars will always be episode 4, 5 and 6 the classic films staring Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Peter Cushing and the late Sir Alec Guinness.
Today is a very special day for Star Wars fans, geeks, Sci-Fi nerds, non Star trek watchers, those who still live with their moms and all the unfortunate souls who've been afflicted with terminal everlasting virginity. It's 'Star Wars' day, May the fourth be with you! Exactly how did this holiday get started? Because today May the fourth sounds a lot like "May The Force". That's how it all began, a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...
This has to rank in the top 10 stupidest things you could ever do to a wild bear, slap it on the butt. For some reason most people view wildlife like it's a Disney film, sure some animals are cute, but even the cute ones can maul, kill and eat you! This guy gets it in his head to sneak up on a wild bear and try to slap it on the butt.
Meet Robbie the wonder dog! As it turns out dogs aren't just man's best friend, they're dog's best friend as well. Watch as Robbie rescues his buddies, two other dogs that are trapped on a canoe that's caught by the current and moving down the river. Ole' Robbie drives in and saves the day!
Finally there's a use for all those used up lighters! I've often wondered what type of recycling was going on with burnt out lighters. Where do they go, is there a plant that rebuilds them or are they just piling up in the land fill? Well, we finally have an answer to this mystery, it seems that people are building things out of them.
This has to be one of the sexist, yet funniest parody commercials I've ever seen! We've all been there, comfortably sitting on the Lazy-Boy or couch watching T.V and needed another beer, snack, Pepsi, sandwich or God forbid trying to find a missing remote. What do you do in that situation?
Critter's critters...We had some special guests in the studio last week, a pair of pygmy goats. These little guys are as cool as they come and smart too. I don't know why but for the past several weeks all I've talked about is owning a black pygmy goat that I'll call T, or Goat-T! They make really good pets.
