The ShipRocked Cruise has become one of the premiere events for rock and metal fans and the 2017 edition should once again thrill those rocking the high seas. The initial list of acts participating in the 2017 ShipRocked Cruise have been revealed, with Breaking Benjamin, Papa Roach and Alter Bridge getting top billing.

The 2017 ShipRocked Cruise will set sail from Miami on Jan. 16, docking in at Grand Turk Island in Turks and Caicos on Jan. 18 and returning to Miami on Jan. 20, with performances by acts on the cruise and a wealth of other activities available to those on board.

Other acts announced for ShipRocked 2017 include Sevendust, Pop Evil, The Stowaways, Another Lost Year, Avatar, Cane Hill, Crobot, The Dead Deads, From Ashes to New, Lacey Sturm, Monster Truck, Mothership, Shaman's Harvest, Wilson and 12 Stones. In addition, those on board can look for comedy from Big Jay Oakerson, DJ Lippy Rage, The S.D.R. Sideshow and ringmasters Kayla Riley and Ralph Sutton.

For those wondering about The Stowaways, that's the moniker chosen by ShipRocked's own all-star band that will be revealed with a revolving cast of special guests playing classic hits on the ShipRocked Cruise.

ShipRocked producer Alan Koenig of ASK4 Entertainment says, “For our 8th anniversary, we’re going bigger and better than ever before, upgrading our three-ringed floating circus to deliver a true rock star experience. We’ll be taking our musical marvels onboard Carnival’s Victory, sailing from Miami to stunning Grand Turk in Turks & Caicos.”

So head on over to the ShipRocked Cruise website for additional info on the acts performing, activities available during the adventure and stateroom sales. It should be noted that staterooms sold out over seven months in advance of ShipRocked 2016, so it would be in your best interest to act fast if you want to go.
