Korn frontman Jonathan Davis recently went the extra mile to show his love for our troops by not only visiting wounded U.S. soldiers in Germany, but also by taking a course in bomb disposal training.

February 21, 2012 It's certainly no secret that yours truly loves guns and loves the "Gunny". Both come together for this hilarious commercial for the 2012 "Trigger The Vote" voter registration campaign. It's message is very clear and is meant to encourage all freedom loving Americans, especially gun owners to register to vote. "Trigger The Vote" is sponsored by the N.R.A's Freedom Action Foundation and it's Honorary Chairman is none other than Chuck Norris! This year's add features R. Lee Ermery, better known as the "Gunny".
There are only two new movies in wide release this weekend, but they both feature marquis names.
Last week, the Pentagon decided open up thousands of near-the-front-line military jobs to female military personnel who were previously restricted from such roles.
Women are still banned from combat, although this move to put them closer to harm’s way has upset some, including Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum, who said that when women are too close to the front line “emotions” could lead to “compromised situations.” So what does the public think about the Pentagon’s measure?

It took a few months for the identities of them to come out but the whole world now knows that it's U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Angie Johnson and Sidewinder.

While on tour of duty in Afghanistan, soldier Donny Eslinger adopted an adorable dog that he named Smoke-pup Barbarian. But after he was critically wounded during a mortar attack and shipped to Germany, Eslinger was forced to leave the pooch behind.

And that’s how this video of Capt. Cherissa Jackson, who had been deployed in Afghanistan, begins, with mom surprising her daughters Anita and Ashley at a Gaitherburg, Maryland Kentucky Fried Chicken. But then it gets even more touching.
Christmas may have come and gone but there is still magic to marvel at from this joyous holiday, like the magic that granted the wish of a little girl who only wanted her soldier father back for the holidays.
