Most dogs will go for a walk anytime . . . even if it's pouring rain, they want to get out there and check it out. But that doesn't mean you should always take them for a walk, especially in the summer.

This guy found out the hard way when he released his pet mouse Whiskers into the forest. It was a glorious thing for all of about 30 seconds!

Dogs really are man's best friend. You'll never find a more loyal and loving companion. They're super smart, always happy to see you and can be taught all kinds of tricks. From sit, shake, roll over, play dead and speak. They can do it all, sometimes with attitude. Like this little puppy who has quite the potty mouth!

Dogs and cats are so passe. Goldfish? Lame. A duck is the pet you want.

Every day I am amazed at what people can get their dogs (or cats) to do. Mine, well his biggest trick is "Where's your ball?"
