Stupid Criminals

And you thought it was just lost in the shuffle...

The Grinch stole Christmas this year for several people in and around Oklahoma County. Earlier today it was discovered that around 600 Amazon packages were stolen, gone through, and unwanted items and empty boxes dumped on the side of the road.

A father caught a child predator touching his 9-year-old son and wasted no time thrashing him for it. He chased, tackled and may, or may not have thrown a few punches when apprehending the bad guy. Good for him! He's certainly earned that "World's Greatest Dad" coffee cup or t-shirt.

Well it certainly didn't take long, no time at all in fact, for another scam to start making the rounds here in town. It seems like every time a scam is identified and finally stamped out, another one is quick to replace it. There's no shortage of people looking to steal your money and identity. You have to be on the look out and on guard for potential scams and scammers at all times these days. Otherwise you'll end up broke or have your credit and reputation destroyed. Well, we have yet another scam that's been reported in Lawton, Fort Sill.

Well, it didn't take long before scammers returned to Lawton, Fort Sill and the surrounding area to rob people of their money, identities and piece of mind. Be on guard and very careful with both your money and identity, the "Grandparents" scam has come back to town. I really hope that those committing this crime are caught and severely punished. I hate all scammers, but those who target the elderly are especially vile. Locally there have been reports of this scam making the rounds and unfortunately a few people have already fallen victim.

Not gonna lie, this suspected criminal is kind of awesome.

The Tiger King himself, King Joe Exotic could be pardoned by President Trump in his final days in office. The legal team surrounding and representing Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage A.K.A. Joe Exotic is "confidant" that he'll be pardoned. Late last year they reached out to the President asking for a pardon, it's looking like it may just happen. A Limo and hairdresser are standing by waiting for the final decision. Joe Exotic didn't want anyone to see him until he had a chance to do his hair and makeup.

BEWARE. There's a new, or a new spin on a recent scam making the rounds in Lawton, Fort Sill. Whatever you do DON'T FALL FOR IT. It's very similar to the scam we reported several months ago where you'd receive a random call from an unknown number. The person on the phone tells you, or leaves a message saying they're with the Lawton Police Department. They may even say they're an officer and that there's a warrant out for your arrest. They instruct you to pay a fine or be taken to jail. IT'S A SCAM!

This lady torches her ex-boyfriend's Jeep using gasoline and a lighter. She's lucky to still be alive when an explosion and fireball erupt from the vehicle after she lights it. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, especially if they have gas and a lighter. The whole thing was captured live by a cellphone and she's now internet famous, for all the wrong reasons.

A man tried to enter a Walmart without a face mask and started fighting with employees who were trying to enforce the company's rules. It happened in Florida. I know right, that's all I have to say and you already know things are gonna get weird.

This guy has to be the world's worst neighbor and the world's worst porch pirate of all time. It's gotta suck to have a package stolen off your front porch or patio, but then you find out it's your neighbor and that's gotta be even worse.
