Tower engineers and climbers are some of the hardest workers in radio. These guys make a fine living climbing the tallest objects in the world, just to change the light bulbs.

The shear amount of 'free climbing' these guys do without a safety net is mind-boggling... but their risk is well rewarded with good pay. Most of these guys range in the $40-$60k range working a few days each month... but the structural engineer climbers can bank six figures pretty easy.
