Dissecting The First Look At Halo 5 Multiplayer [VIDEO]

On Nov. 10, 343 Industries showed off what players can expect during the Halo 5 beta that will launch on Dec. 29. Not only have new features have been added, but some features that were not very well received by fans have also been removed.

Sprint will make a return and although you can sprint away from danger to recover, your shields will not recharge as you are sprinting. You can also sprint slide.

Players can use the new Thruster Pack to quickly dash away from enemies, they can move forwards, backwards and side to side faster with thrust.

The Ground Pound ability makes for a more destructive death from above.

Spartans will now clamber up ledges.

Aiming down sights has now come to Halo but seems to serve more as a zoom in. Firing from the hip has no penalties. You can be de-scoped if hit by an enemy.

Armor abilities, hit button to respawn and ordinance drops have been taken out.
