I don't know about you, but I can never get a $50 belt to last more than a few months. They sag, stretch, and generally fall apart. So how do we remedy? Make our own! Even my gunbelt company of choice wants $200 for a decent slab of hide... but buying full grain leather is relatively cheap. Plus, because you're replacing a junk belt, you already have all your hardware.
