DIY Project of the Week – The Gamer Wall [PICS]

Bust out your tools and get ready to make the ultimate man-cave must-have! This epic gamer wall!

With a couple of 2x4's, a little drywall, a few dozen electrical boxes, and a kilometer of wire, you too can build this epic wall of awesomeness!

I honestly don't think you need to build these studs on 16's. You could most likely get away with 24", or maybe even 36"... It's just a faux wall you're putting up in place of another.

Naturally, wherever you're hanging the tv, there needs to be some extra strength, so box that in real good. Throw the drywall up, texture if you want... (I'm a fan of knock-down texture) A little paint and boom... You've got a purpose built man-cave wall that will fit all the gadgets and consoles you can imagine.

Now, go forth and build it!
