LPD Jr. Citizen’s Academy

The Lawton Police Department will be conducting it's 2017 Junior Citizen's Police Academy.

Session 1

WHEN: June 26 - 30, 2017

WHERE: Greater Galilee: 1428 SW Jefferson Ave

Session 2

WHEN: July 17 - 21

WHERE: Impact Center; 2810 NW Sheridan Rd

The program is available for teenagers 13-17, who live or work in the Lawton area. Space is limited, please register by no later than June 19th, 2017.

This week-long summer academy is design for teenagers 13 to 17 years old, and was created in order to inform, interact and educate local youth about the different aspects of law enforcement. The course is free, and all who desire to gain an active knowledge of the police department are encouraged to apply.

Lunch will be provided. You can pick up an application at The Impact Center 2810 SW Sheridan Rd or at the Lawton Police Department, 10 SW 4th Street.
