Get ready to relive the tale of Crystals and Warriors of Light in the PC version of Final Fantasy 3, launching on Steam.

The classic role-playing game has been optimized for PCs and boasts augmented 3D graphics and new visuals for the many Job Master Cards. According to the game's listing on Steam, it also has improved story sequences and will include Steam Trading Cards and Achievements.

The minimum system requirements are, as you might have guessed, not too taxing. You'll need a Windows Vista, 7 or 8 operating system, a Pentium 4, 2.4 GHz processor, 2GB RAM and at least 800MB of hard drive space.

Final Fantasy 3 has already been released across many platforms, like the Nintendo DS and iOS devices, since the original version debuted in 1990 on the Famicom in Japan, but this will be the first time it's hit the PC in an official capacity (we're looking at you, emulators). You can grab it on Steam tomorrow, on May 27, 2014.
