Former Nightwish Vocalist Anette Olzon Gives Birth to Son

Congrats are in order for former Nightwish frontwoman Anette Olzon, who just welcomed her third child. The father is Pain bassist Johan Husgafvel and the couple became parents to son Mio on March 27.

Olzon states, "Everything went OK and me and Mio are still at the hospital, but Johan went home to be with [our son] Nemo tonight. Nemo met Mio tonight and he was so nice to him, giving him his pacifier, so he seems to be happy to meet Mio finally. I am aiming together home tomorrow, but let's see how we both feel. I had a big surgery so need to take it a bit easy, but I am up and feeling OK."

Young Mio reportedly weighed in at 4.115 kilograms (9.1 pounds) and measured 54 centimeters (21.25 inches) long. The singer posted a photo of Mio's legs and feet via her Instagram account (as seen below). Olzon and Husgafvel's first child, Nemo, was born in 2010. The singer also has an 11-year-old son from her past marriage.

Olzon left Nightwish in September 2012 in the middle of the band's tour. She was replaced on the road by former After Forever and current Revamp vocalist Floor Jansen.
