'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' was abruptly pushed back to 2013 last summer just weeks before it was set to hit theaters. But now, after some reshoots and a 3D conversion, the Joes are ready for the big screen and have a new trailer to prove it. So is this an improvement? Watch the new 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' trailer and find out.

While the company line was that 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' was pushed back because they wanted to give the film a 3D conversion, most people assumed it was pushed back because it sucked. Or more-to-the-point, people were disappointed because Channing Tatum - who became a huge star during filming of the 'G.I. Joe' sequel - isn't in the film all that much. So reshoots and re-edits were ordered to give the world more Tatum.

But did it work?

You can see more Tatum here but how much is exactly unknown. It still only looks like he's involved in the very beginning of the movie and once The Rock teams up with Bruce Willis, he's long gone.

All that said, this doesn't look that bad. The blowing up of London seems a little extreme and reminiscent of the ridiculous Paris attack from the first film, but otherwise, this could be just the kick in the pants the 'G.I. Joe' franchise needed.
