Halo 4 DLC- Crimson Map Pack Details

Dec. 10 is going to be a big day for Halo 4 and 343 Industries.

Not only will we see the new Spartan Ops weekly and the new weekly mode "Extraction" we will also see the first map pack of the game titled "Crimson Map Pack."

This pack will come with three new maps as well as eight new achievements and a couple of them are out this world.

The new maps are as followed:

Harvest- a small to mid-size map excellent for those who love Close Quarters.

Shatter- a large symmetrical map perfect for some Big Team, Dominion and Capture the Flag.

Wreckage- A medium asymmetrical map which again perfect for Slayer.

Some of these achievements will put you Spartans to the test and ranging from taking down a Mantis to scoring kills off of a Man Cannon.

Now They Fly: Get a kill while airborne in a warthog (50 points)

Size Is Everything: Kill 20 enemies with a detached machine gun turret(20 points)

ODST: Kill a player while you are airborne from using a Man Cannon(30 points)

Big Foot: (20 Points) Kill 20 enemies using the Mantis's stomp attack

David and Goliath: (20 Points) Board an enemy Mantis

Clay Pigeon: (40 Points) Shoot an enemy out of the air while they use a Man Cannon

Special Delivery: (30 Points) Kill an enemy with a melee attack when landing from a Man Cannon

Pump Yer Brakes: (40 Points) Score the killing blow on a Mantis

The Map Pack will cost 800 Microsoft Points ($10) or can be free to download if you purchased the War Games Season Pass for 2,000 Microsoft Points ($25).

The next map pack titled "Majesctic Map Pack" is schedule for a Feb. 25th release.
