There's something magical about island life. If you've ever spent time on a tropical island, you'd agree. Though, I don't know if I would ever be cut out for living in Hawaii. It's pretty. The ocean is always cool on a hot day. The breeze blows constantly in some areas. It's really easy to grow your own food there, but at some point, everyone wants to hop off to the mainland for a little change of scenery.

Welcome to Santa Cruz del Islote. An island off the coast of Columbia, barely the size of two football fields, and home to some 1200 people. If you were to ever succumb to island fever, it would be here.
