Kid Rock's promotional blitz leading up to the release of his 'First Kiss' album will include an appearance at the Daytona 500 race in Daytona, Fla. Rock has signed on to headline the pre-race festivities, playing a mini-concert for fans on pit road on Feb. 22.

Rock will play several of his hits, including his new single, 'First Kiss,' which is the title track of his album. He follows in the footsteps of Bon Jovi, Lenny Kravitz and country superstars Luke Bryan, the Zac Brown Band, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban and Brad Paisley who have all played the pre-show festivities for the prestigious race.

"We're thrilled to have Kid Rock entertain the thousands of race fans in attendance and the millions more watching on FOX," says Daytona International Speedway President Joie Chitwood III. "Kid Rock is an avid NASCAR fan and will provide race fans with a spectacular performance leading up to the start of the much anticipated Daytona 500."

The 57th annual 'Great American Race' will take place Sunday, Feb. 22 and will air on FOX, FOX Deportes, MRN Radio and SiriusXM Radio beginning at 1PM ET. Special ticket packaging based around the Kid Rock performance that includes a Daytona 500 grandstand ticket, Pre-Race/Spring FANZONE access and VIP access to the performance is available. Rock's 'First Kiss' album drops two days later on Feb. 24. Fans can currently pre-order the disc at participating retailers and Rock's website.
