A MacArthur High School student has been arrested and charged with a misdemeanor, after investigators say threatened to "shoot up" the school.

18-year old Prince Todd Tillotson has been charged with "threatening to perform an act of violence", after he was overheard telling another student to miss eighth hour last week. Tillotson went on to tell the other student of his plans to "shoot up the school and kill anyone".

Court records show the 18-year-old was arrested after an LPS police officer overheard him making the threats. He was taken into custody on Friday, the 23rd.
