Linkin Park are getting their groove on once again, teaming up with electronic music master Steve Aoki. Together, they have recorded a new track called “Darker Than Blood,” and the video for the song can be viewed in the player above.

The dance-driven song is featured on Steve Aoki’s Neon Future II album, which was released back in May. The effort also features collaborations with Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo and Snoop Lion.

The video, directed by Dan Packer and conceptualized by Steve Aoki, features the DJ and producer along with Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda as scientists hard at work to find a cure for a virus that is rapidly killing humans.

“Darker Than Blood” is not the first collaboration between Linkin Park and Steve Aoki. The two recorded “A Light That Never Comes” on LP’s 2013 remix album Recharged and also hooked up earlier this year on the song “Horizons.”

In other Linkin Park news, the band have created a venture capital firm. The company launched in May and goes by the name Machine Shop Ventures. The group decided to form this company that’s focused on “connecting people and innovation through tech and design.”

And be sure to look for Linkin Park, headlining Saturday night (June 27) at the inaugural Loudwire Music Festival in Grand Junction, Colo.
