Lawton’s Live Music Preview – Saturday November 5th

Saturday night is stacked pretty deep with a handful of bands coming to Lawton.

Opening this Saturday at The Railhead Saloon, a band we're all pretty familiar with, local favorites Southern Heretics.

Also on the bill, another SWOK local band Facing Forever. Now, this bands facebook page is pretty active, sharing practices, riffs, beliefs, and all around goodness. Definitely a band to catch.

The third band on the bill for Saturday night is another foursome out of Dallas called Awake In Theory. Like others, they've played around SWOK in the past, and given their active YouTube channel, they seem like a hard working band. Their groove is edging on a down-tempo Nu-Metal, but with riffs and melodies that lend to something you'd expect to hear on radio.

Last but certainly not least, Pulse is your headliner for Saturday night at The Railhead. Another band out of Dallas, currently touring on their new album 'The Sum Of Our Parts,' and I can't say it enough, you should buy this album. It's catchy, hooky, melodic, and rockin. It's available online, but you could just pick it up in person this Saturday night.
