Mall Uses Holograms of Disabled People to Prevent the Non-disabled From Taking Spaces [VIDEO]
A mall in Russia has a very unique way of protecting disabled parking spaces. A nonprofit organization called Dislife is using hologram images of disabled people to keep the non-disabled from taking the spaces. The holograms only appear it the person attempting to park doesn't have a handicapped sticker or badge on their vehicle. It's a great use of technology and very effective. The campaign has seriously reduced the number of able bodied people parking in handicapped spots. We should get these in the states, especially in underground parking garages.
