For Marvel, San Diego Comic-Con is a playground where fans and news outlets tightly congregate to get a sneak peek at the upcoming slate of MCU films. We already knew that the studio behind some of Hollywood’s biggest blockbusters would be making an appearance, and Marvel Studios confirmed as much today, but that’s all they’re telling us!

Still, based on our previous knowledge, there are a few things we can expect.

The only details Marvel would reveal as of yet are as follows:

Marvel will take the stage once more at Comic-Con International’s Hall H in San Diego Saturday, July 26 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. PT, where Marvel Studios President and Producer Kevin Feige and special guests will provide an inside look at the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe!

However, we already know from Mark Ruffalo (Hulk) that the entire ‘Avengers 2‘ cast will take a break from shooting to make an appearance. He previously said, “We’re working. We’re shooting. We’re gonna stop and get on a plane and go to Comic-Con together. It’s gonna be amazing.” Director Joss Whedon and the cast have been super busy filming for a while now, so let’s expect at least some footage to be revealed.

Michael Douglas also said that he’s making his first appearance ever at the Con with his son, so that means something from ‘Ant-Man‘ is coming. Given all the recent director and script shakeups, a panel is needed to quell the concerns from fans.

Elsewhere, Kevin Feige previously said his passion project, ‘Doctor Strange,’ is in “active development,” as apparent by director Scott Derrickson and writer Jon Spaihts having been on-boarded. Perhaps we’ll get more details from them and finally know who’s playing the Sorcerer Supreme!

Lastly, although ‘Guardians of the Galaxy‘ already had the cast and crew come out on the Hall H stage during last year’s Comic-Con, the film is set to open on August 1, so maybe we’ll get to see more footage. There’s also those two unannounced but scheduled Marvel films coming in July 2016 and May 2017 to think about, as well as the already announced ‘Captain America 3.’

There you have it for now. Just remember that Marvel always makes big splashes at these panels, whether it’s the release of some concept art for upcoming movies or an announcement like last year’s reveal of the ‘Avengers 2′ title. Regardless of what’s in store, it can’t be missed, and we’ll be there to relay all the details.

Let us know what you want to see from the Comic-Con 2014 Marvel panel in the comments!
