Drew Brees threw two touchdown passes and Patrick Robinson scored on a 99-yard interception return, as the New Orleans Saints beat the Philadelphia Eagles, 28-13, in the Superdome on Monday night. New Orleans (3-5) sacked Michael Vick seven times and sent Philadelphia (3-5) to its fourth straight loss. The Saints jumped out to a 21-3 halftime lead thanks to Robinson's first quarter interception return and Brees' precision passing.

The Eagles rallied to within 21-13 in the third quarter after Vick passed to DeSean Jackson for a 77-yard touchdown, and Alex Henery kicked a 37-yard field goal. But Brees' threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to tight end Jimmy Graham to extend the Saints' lead to its final margin. Philadelphia had two drives inside the New Orleans' 20-yard-line in the fourth quarter, but came away with no points.

Brees finished 21 of 27 for 239 yards. Graham led the Saints with eight catches for 72 yards and the score. Cameron Jordan had three sacks for New Orleans.

LeSean McCoy ran for 119 yards for the Eagles, and Jackson caught three passes for 100 yards and the long touchdown. Vick finished 22 of 41 for 272 yards.
