Few people know this fact, but I am a huge fan of Rhythmic Gymnastics. It is the perfect combination of athleticism and art form. It is one human being moving in a way that tells a story that the eyes can't believe.

Daria Kondakova is a retired Russian Rhythmic Gymnast. Kondakova the 2010 World Champion in Rope, a three-time (2011, 2010, 2009) World all-around silver medalist, the 2010 European all-around silver medalist, two time (2010, 2009) World Cup Final all-around silver medalist and two time (2010, 2009) Grand Prix Final all-around silver medalist. To call her the greatest of all time might just be an understatement.

Kondakova is now a coach and choreographer for the Russian National team, teaching young athletes to interpret what they feel and hear while on the mat. For her it came naturally, filled with beauty and grace. Please enjoy the artistry of what maybe her greatest performance, her qualifying performance for the 2011 World Championships.
