After a three-year hiatus, Nickelback has emerged from the studio with the follow-up to 2008′s triple-platinum ‘Dark Horse.’

The new album, which the band produced itself, is titled ‘Here and Now,’ and is scheduled for a November 21 release.

“We entered the studio this year with a vision, and it all came together,” said band frontman Chad Kroeger. “We’re extremely happy with the results and can’t wait to share them with our fans.”

“Through our many years of working with Nickelback, we have always been amazed by the band’s continuing ability to record songs and albums that inspire and thrill millions,” added Jonas Nachsin, president of the band’s label, Roadrunner Records. “After hearing the newest material, we are sure they have done it again, and we are dedicated and eager to promote the band across the globe.”

The band will take a two-pronged approach to promoting the new album, releasing a pair of lead singles on September 26 — ‘Bottoms Up’ will go to rock radio, while ‘When We Stand Together’ will be the first pop single. A 2012 world tour is also planned.
