‘No More Winter’ Punxsutawney Phil Predicts Early Spring [VIDEO]

It's a tradition that has happened each year on February 2 since 1887. 

How in the world someone decided that a Ground Hog seeing, or in today's case, not seeing his shadow can predict whether or not Spring would arrive early is beyond me.  But, it happens.  I should do a test to see how many years dear ole Phil is correct.  At any rate, looks like the 70's that we have been seeing here in Southwest Oklahoma will continue.
