North Dakota Can’t Even Produce Good Police Chases [VIDEO]

So I'm always hearing from Nancy Mace how the Dakota's are so wonderful. Given that she's from there, I get it. I like my hometown too. This, the most boring police chase ever, has just ruined everything she's ever told me about North Dakota.
