What has been highly anticipated is now true.  Oklahoma's Kevin Durant is the 2013-2014 NBA Kia Most Valuable Player.

Durant who has scored more than 25 points per game in at least 40 consecutive games, a feat that hasn't been accomplished since Michael Jordan did it in 1986-87. Not to mention the Fourteen 40 point games this season, more than double the next closest player. Durant has earned 4 scoring titles in the past 5 years.

Miami Heat's LaBron James says that Durant deserves the MVP honor.
