With 'Drive,' Ryan Gosling and director Nicolas Winding Refn creating a haunting and brutal crime flick for the ages. The duo look to recreate that magic with the upcoming 'Only God Forgives,' which moves the action to Thailand but maintains their last film's slick style and uncomfortable violence. Three incredibly NSFW clips from the film have arrived and it certainly looks like Refn and Gosling are bringing their A-game.

The clips come courtesy of The Film Stage and the French subtitles suggest that these are part of the lead-up to the film's premiere at next month's 2013 Cannes Film Festival. The film follows Julian (Gosling), an American expat whose Thai boxing club is really a front for his family's drug smuggling enterprise. When his brother is killed, his mother (Kristin Scott Thomas) shows up, demanding he find the murderer. Naturally, things get pretty bloody.

The first clip gives us a peek at what may be the most awkward family dinner of 2013 (and please remember that these clips are NSFW). The second shows us Gosling engaged in a moment of shocking violence. The third involves a horrifying mass shooting and a foot chase between the intended victim and his attempted murderer. Fans of 'Drive' and Refn will recognize his familiar style, but be warned that these clips feel a little spoiler-ific.

'Only God Forgives' premieres next month and we can't imagine it not getting picked up. Check out the clips below.
