Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have put two houses they own up for sale. The homes are located in the Hollywood Hills West area of Los Angeles and both are listed at $1.99 million each. Both of the properties have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a pool, spa and two-car garage. Check out a photo of one of the houses above.

According to the LA Times, the slightly larger property is a contemporary 2,500-square-foot house, while the smaller property is around 2,000-square-feet. Remodeling on both homes was started, but never completed. If you are interested in buying either property -- or heck why not both -- you can contact Jonah Wilson, the listing agent, here.

If you have a little money left over after your big purchases above, why not buy another warm climate property previously owned by a rocker? AC/DC bassist Cliff Williams has put his Fort Myers, Fla. house up for sale. According to Naples News, this home is a lot bigger than the Osbourne listings. Williams’ 13,223-square-foot mansion contains seven rooms and seven full bathrooms, two half baths and two guesthouses and the musician is asking $6.95 million for it. The listing is with McMurray and Nette of Royal Shell Real Estate. More details can be found here. We've included a photo of the mansion below.

Ozzy Osbourne recently had to cancel the first ever Ozzfiesta 2015, which was set to take place from May 27-31 because he has to undergo surgery at the beginning of May. The event was supposed to feature Osbourne, Zakk Wylde and Black Label Society. Unlike Ozzy, AC/DC are still barreling full-speed ahead with plans for their 2015 North American summer commitments. That trek kicks off in Foxbourough, Mass on Aug. 22.
