Pearl Jam Film In The Works

Director Cameron Crowe is working on a film about Pearl Jam. Crowe has nearly 1,200 hours of rare footage and he shot 24 hours of interviews and live shows.

 The film will be released in the fall. A soundtrack and a companion book will be released around the same time.

PBS will run the film beginning October 21. Pearl Jam will also headline a two-day concert in East Troy, Wisconsin, on September 3 and 4 to celebrate the band's 20th anniversary.

 The Strokes, Queens of the Stone Age, Mudhoney and Liam Finn will also play.

This will be a must see if you are a Pearl Jam fan!
