Pussy Riot Attacked by Russian Security at the Winter Olympics [VIDEO]

Pussy Riot was attacked at the Olympics by members of the Russian security, Cossack militia. The band was attempting to perform a protest song or performance in front of a Sochi Winter games sign and that’s when they were brutally attacked by security forces using whips and batons.

Pussy Riot are a Russian feminist punk band from Moscow that became famous a few years ago when they were arrested and imprisoned for performing at an anti-Putin protest. The incident made international headlines and brought unwanted attention to Russia’s treatment of women and political corruption. Looks like they’re back and this latest event is sure to have people talking. Watch the video below, WARNING it’s graphic.
