However, when it comes to the handsome newborn department, the Powling family of Lowell, Massachusetts has the ultimate bragging rights for now.That's because of this photo Joey Powling Jr.'s mom, Sarah, snapped of the three-month-old. As you can see, the camera loves the little fella, and what makes his good looks all the more impressive is that the picture was taken when he was in the hospital recovering from open heart surgery.

The image went viral after Joey's uncle posted it on Reddit with the caption, "My three-month-old nephew just had open heart surgery. Chicks dig scars, right?"
