The first class will cover a variety of topics, such as gun safety, tree stand safety and hunter responsibility, and teaches both kids and adults everything related to safe hunting. The free course, which will run the whole day, will get underway at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14th at the Cotton County Expo Building in Walters. Children must be 10-years-old to take the test, but kids under 10 years can still attend.
