Southwest Oklahoma School Closings And Activities Canceled

UPDATE: 16:14 - 11/22/12 - The Comanche County 4-H Booster Club Santa’s Workshop fundraiser, which was scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, November 23 has been CANCELLED.

UPDATE: 14:45 - 11/22/12 - Due to the inclement weather for this weekend and possible freezing conditions the Parks and Recreation Director has determined that the following weekend events will be rescheduled as follows:

• Fishing for Food Event at Lake Helen in Elmer Thomas Park will be rescheduled for Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 7:00 a.m.
• Holiday in the Park Christmas Parade will be rescheduled for Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at Elmer Thomas Park.
• Frost Ya’ Fanny 5K – 1 mile Race will be rescheduled for Sunday, December 8, 2013 starting at 4:45 p.m. Candy Cane Race for children, 1 mile Race at 5:00 p.m. and the 5K race at 5:30 p.m.

UPDATE: 12:20 - 11/22/12 - Indiahoma, Oklahoma public schools will dismiss early and buses will run at 12:45 pm this afternoon due to the inclement weather conditions. In addition there will be no afternoon classes or after school classes. All evening activities including he ball games are canceled.

Lawton Soccer Club has postponed all gamed scheduled for November 23rd. They are rescheduled for December 7th.
