Local Licks at Six- Southern Heretics
Last Friday night (06-07-13) Southern Heretics stopped by the studios and hung out with us for Z94's 'Local Licks @ Six'. Despite being on a tight schedule they still made time to be a part of the show. As our featured artist on the program we finally had the opportunity to talk with the band and play a few cuts off their new album 'Hydra' before they took to the stage at the Railhead Saloon later that night. It was great catching up with the band and it's always a good time talking music and influences. An entertaining conversation both on and off air!

This year's Rocklahoma was the biggest yet, an ass kickin' line up that included: Guns N' Roses, Alice In Chains, Bush, Cheap Trick and more! Three solid days of non-stop rock! It's hard to believe it's already over, another year has come and gone. Hollywood Undead brought the party to the 'Main Stage' Sunday afternoon (05-26-13) at Rocklahoma 2013 on day three of the MEGA three day, three stage live music festival. They were another band at this year's Rocklahoma that left people talking long after their performance. Everyone kept saying "Did you catch Hollywood Undead".

This past Sunday night (05-26-13) Korn closed out the 'Main Stage' of Day three at Rocklahoma 2013 It was an incredible performance and it was great to see Brian "Head" Welch back in the band! There's just something about the chemistry of Jonathan Davis, James "Munky" Shaffer, Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu, Brian "Head" Welch and even new comer, drummer Ray Luzier.

Speaking for myself I'm ready for some new Panther and hope they return to the studio sometime soon to give us another obnoxious offering!
