A new clear time record has been set for Super Mario Bros. for the NES using every trick in the book.

A gamer known as 'Blubbler' set the new speedrun record of 4:57.69 beating the previous record of 4:58.09.

Blubbler used an emulator to achieve the record. All tricks that were used are present in the original NES cartridge of Super Mario Bros.
