Get ready Stone Sour fans, Hydrograd is coming! Though the band recently revealed plans to release the new disc in June, it looks as though we'll be getting our first taste of music from the album much sooner. In a new social media posting, Corey Taylor revealed that new Stone Sour music will be coming in April.

It should be of note that in his message that he hashtagged #FABULESS along with #HYDROGRAD. It is not known as of yet whether "Fabuless" is the song title of the forthcoming track expected to arrive next month or just simply Taylor having some fun with spelling while hyping the album. Regardless, the good news is that there will be new Stone Sour music arriving shortly. You can see the post below.

When we recently had a chance to chat with Taylor about the new album (in the video interview below), he stated, "I am beyond excited. Everyone we have talked to has just been blown away by it." He went on to add, "You put a lot of work into it and you care and this is the first time we’ve really co-produced and it came out really so far beyond our expectations that now we just can’t wait to share it with the world. It is flat out rock ‘n’ roll in its best form," before concluding that he felt it was the best album the band had ever done.

Taylor and his Stone Sour bandmates are clearly thrilled to be finished with the recording for the new album. Over the past week, the band has been sharing photos from the studio during the recording of Hydrograd. You can out the shots below.

As stated, Stone Sour are eyeing a June release for the new album. They'll be hitting the road this summer with Korn for what promises to be one of the year's most in-demand tours. Meanwhile, Taylor is keeping himself busy prepping a new book and hosting his Beats 1 show on Apple Music called A Series of Bleeps. It’s been picking up steam this year, and you can check out every episode on demand when you join Apple Music.
