If there’s one thing superhero movie fans know, it’s that you don’t leave your seat once the credits start rolling.

Marvel has been dropping scenes and teases in between and after the credits for years now. So far though, Warner Bros. hasn’t followed suit with the first two films of the DC Cinematic UniverseMan of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. But it looks like they’re finally playing along with Suicide Squad. According to Comicbook.com, the upcoming David Ayer movie will reportedly feature a mid-credits scene, but not a post-credits scene. This could change by the time the movie hits theaters however, since the report comes from advanced press screenings.

The site reports that after the bumper plays, which is the first part of the credits in the neon-colored typography from the movie’s poster and trailers, a new scene plays, which the site describes as “pivotal and important.” No spoilers here, since we don’t know what’s in the scene, but it likely means it’ll set up the rest of the DC Cinematic Universe. We can make our best guesses though.

A mid-credits scene could set up Ben Affleck’s solo Batman movie, since we know Batfleck appears in Suicide Squad. It could hint at a Harley Quinn spinoff, though Margot Robbie has said she isn’t sure if that will happen. It could also help set up the already confirmed Suicide Squad 2.

We learned earlier this week that Batman won’t be the only superhero in the supervillain movie. An official press kit from WB revealed – spoiler alert – that Suicide Squad will feature a cameo by Ezra Miller’s The FlashThere’s no info on when The Flash will appear, but maybe he shows up in the mid-credits scene, helping tie-in the upcoming Justice League. But again, these are only guesses. Whatever you do, just make sure you don’t leave your seat once the credits start rolling. Suicide Squad opens August 5.
