Even Jamie Foxx's Daddy Warbucks knockoff spinoff Will Stacks can make a crack at The Dark Knight (a joke which you'll see brought up again).

Sony has dropped the first 'Annie' trailer, giving us our first look at this long-gestating remake and possible Oscar contender. Starring Jamie Foxx, recent Oscar nominee Quvenzhané Wallis, and Cameron Diaz, this footage has got us humming along.

Well, you can add that 'Annie' remake to Jame Foxx's increasingly busy schedule. The Oscar-winning actor is currently in negotiations with Sony to join the project, which will star 'Beasts of the Southern Wild' lead Quvenzhane Wallis as the adorable orphan girl of the title.
