The story centers around Frank (Joel Murray) who's recently divorced, has just been fired from his job and if that wasn't enough finds out he's terminally ill with a brain tumor. This sends him over the edge, he considers suicide but realizes that it's not him who needs to die. With nothing to lose he sets out to rid society of  it's most annoying citizens.
