A few weeks ago we caught our first look at Syfy's forthcoming 'Legion' TV series 'Dominion' with a promotional trailer and release date, though the promo spot had relatively little to show in the way of characters. Well, we could have seen that coming. A few scant weeks after Syfy's '12 Monkeys' TV pilot had begun casting, so too has the cable network's other high-profile sci-fi adaptation series 'Dominion' been greenlit for a full series. The new incarnation draws from the events of Paul Bettany angel thriller 'Legion,' but what will the TV series chronicle?

The other day we heard that Syfy had inched closer to adapting Terry GIlliam-Bruce Willis classic '12 Monkeys' into a TV series, and while that project remains in play, the cable network has given an official pilot order to another recognizable genre adaptation. 2010 supernatural actioner 'Legion' will find new life on Syfy as 'Dominion,' but what will change from silver to small screen?
