Limp Bizkit are baaaaack and ready to go! The rhyme-slinging rockers have just unleashed their new single 'Ready to Go,' featuring rapper Lil Wayne.
The worlds of hard rock and electronic music don't cross paths that frequently, but at Canada's upcoming Boonstock festival, there will be a full-on collision of the two genres. Booked for June 27-30 over the Canada Day weekend, the festival will take place in Gibbons, Alberta, with Godsmack, Limp Bizkit and Sebastian Bach leading the way.
The Monster Energy Welcome to Rockville festival returns to Jacksonville, Fla., for its third year with a hard-rocking lineup headlined by Alice in Chains and hometown heroes Limp Bizkit. The festival has expanded to two days -- April 27 and 28 at Jacksonville's Metropolitan Park along the St. Johns River.

It seems that all is right in the world of Limp Bizkit again, as estranged member DJ Lethal has returned to the band after apologizing for his actions during a feud that had lasted several months.
They say time heals all wounds, but not enough time has passed for DJ Lethal to let his ousting from Limp Bizkit go. While tweeting back and forth with some of his followers, Lethal let loose with a number of barbs against his former mates.
Limp Bizkit's next stage of their career has had a few stops and starts, and things are ready to start up again next month. Singer Fred Durst revealed via Twitter that things are coming along with the wealth of material that may end up being one or potentially two records. Plus, there's a new single and video for a track called 'Pain' that may be arriving soon.
Limp Bizkit have done plenty of touring in recent years, but it’s been noticeable that the group haven’t played very much in the United States. Singer Fred Durst tells Kerrang! that a good reason for that was the band realizing that American audiences had moved on.
With a new record deal with Cash Money Records under his belt, Fred Durst apparently has a new vision for the future of Limp Bizkit and that vision does not seem to include original members DJ Lethal and drummer John Otto. While no one has officially been axed from the band just yet, TMZ reports that Durst told both parties that they didn’t necessarily fit into his master plan.
Limp Bizkit‘s Fred Durst promised fans that he’d have “huge news” about the band this month, and just in the nick of time, he’s lived up to his word: According to an announcement released today, he and his bandmates will be entering 2012 ready to continue their “true rock and roll journey” without a record label.
