And since Brooks resigned on a Friday (June 15), the trolls couldn’t help but give her the Rebecca Black treatment.

A clever YouTuber put together a parody of Black’s viral hit ‘Friday,’ with Brooks singing about her shattered reputation (“Friday, Friday / Gotta resign on Friday”). The song also includes jabs at NewsCorp and head honcho Rupert Murdoch.
