An Illinois man, who was visiting Wisconsin last week, dropped $1,000 in lap dances on two of On the Border's finest strippers, in part because the ladies promised him they would come to his hotel room later that night and perform "private" lap dances for free.

Well, the strippers never showed up at the 37-year old's hotel, and when the clock struck 1:26AM, he called the police to claim that he had been cheated.
