Apart from a world far enough in shock to dismiss any thought of TV, TNT had the good sense to reschedule its third season premiere of naval drama The Last Ship this past Sunday, owing to violent content tragically reminiscent of the Orlando attack. Now, the network has confirmed a new date for the two-hour premiere, moving the debut of Murder in the First as well.

It’s oft been said of erstwhile breakout director M. Night Shyamalan that the filmmaker had run out of ideas, but his new TNT Tales From the Crypt may never have that problem. The new series has partnered with Wattpad to crowdsource stories and horror trends, even recruiting writers directly to work on the series.

Despite not returning until June 22, 'Falling Skies' season 4 has been none-too-shy with footage of late, teasing out yet another epic trailer from WonderCon this past weekend. The latest prophesies a few new wrinkles to the TNT alien actioner's fourth round, along with a potentially major reveal for a mystery character we've seen in every trailer to date.

Some months ago, we heard the surprising news that TNT would look to adapt its Noah Wyle-starring adventurer film trilogy, 'The Librarian,' for an ongoing TV series, with Wyle potentially reprising the title role. Now, the cable network has made things official with a 10-episode order and a cast that includes Rebecca Romijn, John Larroquette, and original series stars Bob Newhart and Jane Curtin.

It seemed early on as if HBO trailers would have a monopoly on the day, but TNT has a few reasons of their own to be excited. 'Falling Skies' season 4 officially set a June premiere, announcing the news in a new trailer from SXSW, while its network also set premieres for the Sean Bean-starring 'Legends' and post-apocalyptic drama 'The Last Ship' with trailers of their own.

Excited though we were to see ousted 'Walking Dead' showrunner Frank Darabont take his talents to TNT for its impressive period drama 'Mob City,' we certainly saw this coming. Despite its six-episode "limited series" billing, TNT has officially declined to produce any additional episodes of the Jon Bernthal-starring drama, effectively canceling 'Mob City' and its Hollywood dreams. 'Cold Justice,' a reality procedural drama that follows crime scene investigator Yolanda McClary and Prosecutor Kelly Siegler. The show follows these two women as they assist small town law enforcement in cold cases. The season two opener brings McClary and Siegler to the neighboring town of Altus, OK.
