Topless Bandit Strikes Again!
Last week, a photo started circulating around online of a woman who decided to go topless while she was eating at a fancy Italian restaurant in New York City.
Even though it's legal for women to be topless in New York, the restaurant kicked her out under the "no shirt, no shoes, no service" health code policy...
