Finally, there’s a chance for the fans who crashed the gate at the original Woodstock music festival to make up for not buying tickets to the legendary three-day event in August 1969. A historic sign from the festival’s site in Bethel, N.Y., is in bad shape, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is behind a campaign to raise the $24,000 needed for its restoration.
