While the fight for weed to be legalized, in one various form or another, these Texan lawyers remind us all why baking your baking goodness is worse than toking straight off the rip stick.

As you may or may not know, the only 'weed' product legal in Oklahoma and Texas is CBD Oil. A cannabis extract that's used to successfully treat various medical conditions. Pot is still illegal. As various petitions circle the state still, a public vote has garnered enough signatures to hit a ballot, but that won't happen just yet... but it will eventually.

Now, while we can all argue over what should and shouldn't be the future of Mary-Jane in the Sooner State, most can agree over the medicinal promises of this green stuff. As more and more studies are completed, more and more uses are being discovered.

Keep in mind, even if you feel it 'should' be completely Colorado type legal, that will never hold up in court.
